What a "Wicked" night!

I can't believe this day finally came! I feel like I bought these tickets forever ago, and then all of the sudden it was here. We have been wanting to see this show for a really long time and when we went to NY we tried and couldn't get tickets. So when we had the opportunity to get them here, I totally nabbed them up! We went with my mom and dad and saw lots of other fun friends there too(Ali and Scott)who were also the ones who scored us the tickets! I totally loved it and loved how it all tied together at the end! But, I have to tell you it was kinda pushing it to get my dad to go, Broadway is not much of his thing, but he is getting better. But about half way through the show he leans over and says to me, "So are you getting any of this? I'm like yea, its before the Wizard of Oz, and he says oh, well I have never seen the Wizard of Oz, it always freaked me out! You know the flying monkey's and all! Uh, well dad, this wont make much since to you then!" Who has never seen the Wizard of Oz, its a classic! But, all in all he still liked it! It was a fun night out, and nice to get away from my children for an evening! And Jason was happy cuz we hit the Texas Roadhouse for dinner, meat snacks always bring a smile to his face and belly!
