Little man's Kindergarten shots

Gettting a little taller!
Having his blood pressure taken!
After the dreaded shots!

Today Holden had quite the day, he had to go and get his kindergarten shots, we have been gearing him up for them for a long time. We told him, "there not to bad buddy, just like a little pinch"! So as you can see, the first few pictures he is smiling and so proud, he was talking up the nurses and telling Dr.Glade how big he was gonna be! Then, out came the needles! As you can see he was not pleased! Lets just say, he has his fathers pain tolerence!:) When the shots were all said and done, he says to me, "Mom, you lied to me, there is no freakin way that felt like a pinch, my arm feels like it is burning with fire!" I felt pretty bad, I didnt know how to tell him he had four cavities he had to have filled at the dentist today too!:( But when he walked into the dentist he told the hygentist, "I like you guys so, so much more than going to the doctor!"

Oh, dear poor Holdy. Burning with fire, that's a new one but probably a pretty accurate description. :) Sorry Hold, that's no fun.
