Hold's T-ball
So tonight was Holden's 2nd T-Ball game, and he has been so dang excited to play, it's all I have heard about. So on our way there tonight he starts to tell me he can't play because he has a broken leg. I'm like OK Hold, well see, so we get to the the junior high were they play and he starts to have a total break down. He was kicking and screaming, "I'm not playing, take me home!" It was so embarrassing. So I had to do some serious breathing so I would not kill him out in public, and I pretty much threatened his little life that he better get out there and play and not be a big puss cat, or I was gonna take him to " The Camp" ( which is at our house the worst place you could ever go, Me and Jas made it up, its the place you go and you have to eat all your worst most hated foods and do lots and lots of work.) I know we are so horrible, but it works! So he finally went out there and when he got up to bat and hit the ball, he limped all the way to first base! oops! Maybe he really was hurt!:( But he played and ended up having a fun time! And then on the way home, he told me, "Mom, my legs all better know, it's not broken anymore." And I love T-Ball! Kids are so dang fickle sometimes, but you gotta love em!

oh my heck that is funny! i was there at the begining of that fit. The Camp..hilarious? Where do you tell them it is located and do they accept brown headed little girls named Sloane?
Like Father like son...everytime Mom would ask Jason to get something from the basement he would always say "I can't, I have a bone in my leg". Holdys a good man to play "hurt"!!!!
That is so funny, the things we do!! Sounds like something
that Ben would say!
Yeah, I've heard that "broken leg" excuse, too. Never works.
But The Camp? That's too funny!
I haven't checked your blog for a while and it was fun to catch up on all your postings. You gotta love T-ball season. Brynn just started playing this year too. I can't believe that Holden is getting old enough to play T-ball and graduate from preschool. Was graduation at a church? Weird. I love the pic of you and Jared. I think i have one like it at our H.S. graduation.
man you and jason are a lot more mean than i thought. maybe i can think of someting just as good for when bridger is older!
The camp and primary police what will you come up with next???
Holds you better watch out, I drove molly up to camp the other day!! I t is scary up there, and molly said you have to eat rocks, and chalk!!!
Seriously, the camp? How funny!!
I'm just wondering how you're going to get him to go to scout camp? He'll end up being the T-ball stud!
