Friday Flashback

So my little Addie got so burnt at field day and at her dance festival this week. And it got me to thinking back of the very first time my pasty, fair little child got burnt. We were out weeding the rose garden for about 20 minutes, in the shade mind you, and this is what became of it!The poor child was crispy, I felt SOOO dang bad,I didn't take her anywhere for a week, I was so embarrassed. I think I won mother of the year award after this! So I need to take this opportunity to apologize for the genes I past down to you honey. You will always be cursed, its a the story of our albino lives! So if I can give you any good advice in life, invest in sunscreen! And let the summer begin!

:) I remember that like it was yesterday. I think you called in a panic what should I put on her! It is hard to take care of some many kids in your FLDS community. That picture on Keri's blog is awesome.

Oh, that looks really painful. I'm glad you used the word "burnt". Jared doesn't think it's a real word, but I think it is. I thought I was going to get a nasty payback from you for posting that picture on my blog. I'm glad you are not bitter. Remember when we went to St. George and and you had to be fully clothed at the pool? We drove the sentra down and stayed at your grandparents condo. That girl staying with my brothers wifes family was using a rock for deoderant. Good times.

Holy cow she looks like she is on fire, how sad but I'm sure we've all done it or something like it Trint's mom dropped him in Macey's when he was a week old becuase she bent over to pick up something and he slipped out of her hands... he fell right on his head too.
